Scope and eligibility

These terms apply to Asomana Dice Games provided by Asomana (representative: Kota Seki). Review these terms and the privacy policy before use. Minors should obtain parental consent where required.

Service and advertising

The app provides dice games, CPU play, tutorials, rules and local saves. All games are free to play. Ads may appear before and after regular matches. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Sign-in and cloud sync are planned and currently unavailable.

Prohibited conduct

Do not violate laws or third-party rights, access systems without authorization, disrupt the service, tamper with ads or saves, or redistribute content without permission.

Intellectual property and game scores

Rights in the app’s text, images and software belong to us or the respective rights holders. Scores are gameplay records and cannot be transferred, redeemed for money or exchanged for prizes.

Saves, changes and interruptions

Device failure or uninstalling the app may cause loss of saves. Manage necessary data appropriately. We may change or interrupt the service for maintenance, incident response or improvements. Beta features may change.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from the service is limited. This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited, and does not restrict statutory rights.
