Asomana, represented by Kota Seki (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information relating to users of the Asomana Card Games mobile application (the “App”) as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Process

Optional account information

Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we may process the user identifier issued by the authentication service and basic account information that you authorize the provider to share. We do not receive your Apple ID or Google Account password.

Game data

We process scores, gameplay history, suspended-game states, game settings, and save or update timestamps. Guest data is stored locally on your device. Cloud synchronization is available when you sign in.

Advertising, device, and consent information

Games that display ads use Google Mobile Ads. Subject to applicable law and your device settings, information such as your IP address, device and app information, advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and privacy consent choices may be processed. SDKs may use device storage technologies or identifiers similar to cookies.

If you contact us, we may receive your name or display name, email address, message, and our support correspondence.

2. Why We Use Information

• To provide gameplay, saving, restoration, and cloud synchronization
• To authenticate users, manage accounts, and prevent misuse

3. Service Providers and Disclosures

We use the following providers to process information as necessary. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, necessary to protect life, safety, or property, or as part of a business succession.

4. International Processing

These services may store or process information outside Japan. We review relevant contractual and technical safeguards and handle information in accordance with applicable law. Cloud game saves use Firebase's Tokyo region (asia-northeast1). Authentication, advertising, and other processing may occur in other countries or regions.

5. Retention

We retain account and cloud game data while needed to provide the service or until you delete it. Guest data remains on your device until app data is erased or the App is uninstalled. Some information may remain for a reasonable period after deletion where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backups.

6. Your Choices and Account Deletion

• You may use the App as a guest without signing in.
• You may review or change advertising privacy choices in the App's Settings when the option applies to your region and circumstances.
• You may change advertising identifier or tracking choices in your device settings.
• You may delete your account and cloud game data, after reauthentication, through “Delete account and cloud data” on the account screen in the App.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, or portability of your personal information. Contact us below to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, authentication, and protection of data in transit. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage, however, can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed primarily for children. Users who are below the age at which parental consent is required in their country should use the App only with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent. If we learn that a child's personal information was collected without required consent, we will review and appropriately delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy in response to changes in law, features, or service providers. We will provide clear notice of material changes on this page or in the App.

12. Cookies and Tracking on This Information Website

This guide site uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager only when you allow analytics. Page paths, referrers, device and browser information, usage activity and analytics cookie identifiers are sent to Google to understand card and dice guide usage and improve the guides. URL queries and fragments are excluded. We do not use Google signals, advertising personalization or User-ID. Analytics cookies expire within 180 days; GA4 user and event data retention is two months. Google measurement tags are not loaded before consent or after refusal. Your choice is stored in this subdomain’s local storage for 180 days and shared between both game guides. Change or withdraw it using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page. All guides remain available if you decline. On iOS pages opened from the app (platform=ios), measurement tags and the consent prompt are disabled regardless of earlier Web consent. Web analytics consent is separate from in-app advertising consent and ATT permission.
